Simon Drake is the chairman and CEO of Erebor Jewelers, INC.

After the death of former company owner and founder, Terrence Oakenshield, the company was put up for sale by the family in an attempt to cover the debts that had been built up over the years. Drake readily purchased the company, allowing several of the family members to stay on the board as a show of good faith. It wasn't long before Erebor Jewelers had a new reputation in the business and jewelry world, one that was a far cry from what they once had been. Drake doesn't hesitate to eliminate any competition they may have, buying out smaller companies and forcing others to file for bankruptcy.

There aren't many other companies that would dare take his contracts these days.

Drake has been the subject of several FBI investigations but they have yet to gather enough evidence to arrest him for anything. Pending charges include fraud, tax evasion and counterfeiting.
